Can you combine discounts?

Discounts and special offers (such as bundles) cannot be combined.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Surface Deep is only available in US.

Can I only purchase products through the website?

How much is shipping?

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$4.00 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA

$9.00 for 2-3 day expedited

Free Shipping on orders greater than $30.00

How long before I receive my order?

The processing time for orders is 24 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or restocks, this time may vary.

Surface Deep is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays; nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Yes, we do; however, please be aware that shipping may take longer than usual depending to where it is being shipped.

Can I change my order?

Please contact info@surfacedeep.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

Can I return my order?

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, you, the customer, must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. We ask that you include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

How can I check the status of my order?

Please log in to your account to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account, please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order.

Why was I charged twice?

You will only be charged for what you purchase. If you notice duplicate charges, please allow a few days as it is likely to fall off and the issue rectified automatically. However, if it remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please send us an email to info@surfacedep.com with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.

I have not received an order confirmation; what should I do?

Order confirmations may take up to 24 hours due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at info@surfacedeep.com with your inquiry.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay and Paypal.

Does it really prevent underarm odor? Will it cause irritation?

Surface Deep Anti-Odorant is patent-pending and features a proprietary formulation based on the dynamic powers of glycolic acid, a fruit-based substance that has natural sebum-control and exfoliation properties to neutralize and inhibit bacteria-causing odor. The formulation also has skin-soothing and antioxidant-rich ingredients including probiotics, fruit extracts, and aloe to cleanse, calm, and support the skin. In an independent consumer perception test, 91% of the subjects stayed odor free all day and 100% did not experience sensitivity. 

Is there a "break-in" period?

Everyone’s skin microbiome is different. For some, it may take a transition time when coming off your current antiperspirant or deodorant use. Typical deodorants, which may or may not contain aluminum, rely on applying a gel, cream, or other formulation onto the skin to mask odor by way of a pleasant scent. With those types of deodorants, the underarm skin is coated daily with a product that continues to leave a layer of residue on the skin even after normal bathing. If you are experiencing a lack of effectiveness with Surface Deep Anti-Odorant Pads, it may be due to this build up and may take time to fully “detox.” Yes, even after one week of consistent use. Don’t give up! During this “detox” period, a day with less effectiveness can occur. On that day you may need more than one application and have a “two-pad” day. Stay consistent and keep up with daily use to not interfere with the “detox” period. Also, ensure that the solution touches the area surrounding the entire armpit (all the nooks and crannies!) to get to the source of the odor.

Our formulas are made in the USA.

Are your products tested on animals?

Surface Deep Anti-Odorant is proud to have been certified cruelty free by the Leaping Bunny program, the coalition for consumer information on cosmetics. Leaping Bunny is regarded as the global gold standard for cruelty free cosmetics, personal care and household products.

Are your products vegan?

Surface Deep Anti-Odorant is 100% vegan.

Are your products Gluten Free?

Yes.

Does Surface Deep use aluminum, parabens or sulfates?

Surface Deep does not use aluminum parabens or sulfates in our products.

Have your products all been tested by a dermatologist?

Yes, all products have been developed and tested by a board-certified dermatologist, and have passed all required safety testing.

Are your products safe?

Yes, all products have been tested and have passed industry standard testing.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Surface Deep is committed to clean, cruelty-free skin care and environmental responsibility. Unlike other pads made with polypropylene fibers, Surface Deep Anti-Odorant Pads are 100% biodegradable. The pads are packaged in a recyclable box with a water-based coating and printed with soy ink, eliminating wasteful plastic tubes and bulky packaging. And with no chalky residue like other deodorants, there’s less dry cleaning.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Surface Deep purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to info@surfacedeep.com within 15 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. We will be happy to remit to your account the full amount of your purchase, less shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note: Our warehouse does not accept returns. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without the return authorization and the correct return address.

All items purchased directly from surfacedeep.com may be accepted for a return. If you purchased a Surface Deep product from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

How do I start a return?

We are sorry you didn’t absolutely love your Surface Deep purchase. Please contact our customer service team at info@surfacedeep.com in order to begin the return process.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

Regrettably, shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your items. We recommend that if you are shipping an item over $75, you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a return item is lost in the shipment back, we cannot issue a refund.
